Who We Are
True Health & Performance is a private, fitness-focused physical therapy and wellness clinic in Kearney, MO. We help everyday people — active adults, weekend athletes, and everyone in between — optimize their health and get back to the activities they actually care about, through customized care rather than generic protocols.
The Role
Build real relationships with clients and the community — the kind that turn a first visit into a returning one.
Help clients make informed decisions about their care — clearly explaining why a treatment plan makes sense, not just performing it.
Conduct discovery visits with prospective clients — comfortable and confident representing the value of what we do.
Keep growing — technically and personally — as part of a team, not on your own.
Requirements
Genuine passion for the work and for the people you treat
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A self-directed learner who wants real room to grow
A team-first, patient-first mindset over professional ego
Comfortable with a sustainable, one-on-one caseload rather than high-volume turnover
